Ahmet Yahya Kiğılı, who undertook the management of the Fahri and Avni Kiğılı Unlimited Liability Company, which was founded in 1937 to trade textiles in Sultanhamam after completing his education at German School of Istanbul, stepped into the world of industry in 1961. Mr. Kiğılı, who entered a different sector by founding Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 1969, founded Hayat Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. in 1987, and thus, joined the world of fast-moving consumer goods. Ahmet Yahya Kiğılı is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hayat Holding, which operates in FMCG, wood and other forest products, port management, retail, and construction sectors. Ahmet Yahya Kiğılı speaks English and German.
