Enes Cizmeci finished his high school education at Robert College in 2004. He received his Bachelor of Arts (BA), Marketing degree from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business in 2008.  Cizmeci received an MBA degree at Koc University in 2009.

He started working at Hayat in 2009. In his outstanding career, Cizmeci has played different roles in Hayat’s Russian and Turkish subsidiaries. He acted as the General Manager of the company's Russia organization for three years. In 2017, he was appointed General Manager of Hayat Turkey, and carried out this role successfully until 2023.

By establishing a new Regional Organization, Hayat has targeted to strengthen the speed and focus of its activities by ensuring the correct delegation of central decision authorities. As a consequence of this, Mr. Cizmeci has been appointed as Vice President of Hayat, Eurasia & Americas region. Enes Cizmeci speaks English and Russian.

Born in 1971 in Istanbul, Aysel Aydın started her career as a Product Manager at Kurtsan İlaçları after graduating from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 1993, followed by the Marketing Manager position at Toprak Kağıt and then at Toprak Seramik company within the same group. Ms. Aydın later joined the Hayat family. Aysel Aydın served as the Marketing Manager of the Tissue Category in 2005 and as the Global Marketing Director of the same category between 2014 and 2016. Ms. Aydın has been acting as Hayat's Vice President of Strategy and Marketing since 2016, and carries out the strategy and marketing activities in all export and affiliates’ markets of the company.

Vedat Yıldırım, who worked at all levels of the sales department at Mintax and P&G companies between 1984 and 1997, assumed his final post at P&G Turkey as the Sales Manager of the Distributor Operations and Caucasus Region Director responsible for three countries. Taking his experience to different areas of FMCG, Mr. Yıldırım moved on in his career in sales as the Sales Director of Eti and İxir companies, Managing Director of Komili Marketing, Executive Board Member of Hedef Group, and Managing Director of Pepsi Bottling Marmara Division, followed by the Management Director post at the Iran Behbahani Group. After undertaking the Managing Director position of Hayat’s Algerian subsidiary, Mr. Yıldırım has managed the sales activities of Hayat in global markets as the Vice President of Sales since 2016.

Born in 1972, Tarık Demiryakan graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1994. During his studentship years, he started working as a Meteorologist at the General Directorate of State Airports Authority at Atatürk Airport between 1990 and 1995. Mr. Demiryakan, who undertook the Process/Power and Control Engineer position at P&G’s Gebze Factory in 1997, also served as the Operations and Logistics Manager of the same company. Between 2006 and 2009, he served as the Director of Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Production at 3M Turkey, where he was also a member of the Executive Board. Mr. Demiryakan, who later assumed the Supply Chain Director post at Yıldız Holding, managed several major organizational projects during this process. He joined Hayat Consumer Group in 2013 as the Global Supply Chain Director. Mr. Demiryakan, who was appointed as the Iran Pars Retail Managing Director in 2015 and Vice President for Iran Operations in 2020, still heads the Global Supply Chain and Global Procurement units in addition to this duty.

Hasan Uğur was born in 1977 in Istanbul and graduated from Boğaziçi University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Chemistry, in 2001. He completed his master’s degree at Sabancı University’s Faculty of Management Sciences in 2003 and started his career at Hayat Kimya the same year as a Production and R&D Engineer.

Over the years, he took on various roles within the company, including positions in Procurement and Imports, as an R&D Engineer at the Hygiene and Paper factory, and as the Istanbul Regional Sales Manager. In 2008, he was appointed Head of International Subsidiaries. He later served as General Manager of Algeria (2011-2014) and General Manager of Iran (2014-2019). In 2019, he became Audit Director at Hayat Holding.

From 2020 to 2024, he was based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as Vice President for the Asia region. As of February 2025, he continues his career as Vice President of Strategic Projects.
